Returns and right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Use our online withdrawal function, email info@dutslife.com or use the return form (English or Dutch).
Return the product within 14 days after notifying us, to: Duts, Kardeel 25, 3891 AL Zeewolde, the Netherlands. The costs of returning are for your account. Please return products unworn and in their original condition. If a product has lost value because it was handled beyond what is needed to judge it, we may deduct that loss of value.
We refund all payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product or you have shown proof of return. Full details: article 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
